The club can’t run without committee, marshals, and other helpers – all of who give up their time voluntarily to keep the club running.
We are always looking for volunteers, it makes a huge difference to the running of the club and can be as little as a few evenings per month.
Our 2026 AGM is Thursday 7 May 2026 from 8.00pm followed by our usual social at Flowerpots Inn.
We welcome as many members as possible to attend in order for us to continue to run a full and varied programme of events throughout the next year.
Any help offered, however small, will be gratefully received. This includes occasional working parties as required.
Nominations are invited from paid up members on the date of the AGM, with a Proposer and Seconder, for the following committee positions:
- Chair
- Vice-chair
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Events Officer
- Membership Secretary
- Chief Marshal
- Green Lanes Officer
- Social Media Officer
- Merchandise Officer
- Webmaster

Please note:
- Two people from the same household can only hold committee positions with the unanimous approval of all committee members.
- Individuals may hold more than one position on the committee with the unanimous agreement of all committee members.
- Individuals holding multiple posts get only one vote.
