In case you missed it in the events calendar we’ve got a club stand at Silverstone Classic 2018 – Shire LRC members can book using a special code and display their vehicle on our stand amongst the Ferraris and Aston Martins. There’s a full weekend of classic racing, live music, thousands of awesome classics, free funfair for the kids and loads more.

Thanks to all who turned out for a very muddy play day at Bunny Lane!
It was great to see some new faces as well as the regulars, and we all enjoyed watching everyone struggle to get out of the car park!
Don’t forget our next play day is Mannington on the 25th of Feb, and we’re back at Bunny Lane on the 18th of March for a FREE play day!

OK I’m not sure if Christmassyiest is a word but congrats to Noel for winning the competition at our Mannington play-day with his nicely decorated 90!

Online bookings for Summer Sisters 2018 will open soon – an ideal Christmas pressie!
To address some of the rumours we’ve heard on Facebook etc. there will be no changes to our rules or the types of vehicles (or tyres) permitted at these events. Other types of event on the site may be different but those changes do not affect us!
Yes it’s true – for the first time in many years we’re going back to Bunny Lane on October 15th! Click the link for more info – we hope to see you all there!
Online bookings are now open for Seven Sisters – 23rd-24th September 2017 at the excellent Walters Arena in south Wales.
We are sticking with the popular format from last year’s event so there will be a group BBQ banquet on the Saturday evening followed by night driving .
Shire LRC are hosting a play day at Aldermaston on Sunday 23rd April. This is a great site which is technical yet friendly with a mixture of difficulties from sections which can be reached with a standard vehicle to sections for highly modified vehicles. Plenty to keep all entertainment.
New and existing members welcome.
New members can buy a day membership for £5 or join for the year for just £15.

Enjoy a weekend of 4×4 fun which includes a day Green Laning in the glorious Cornish countryside, followed by a play day at an excellent local off road site. Camping is also available with stunning views of Cornwall.
